Kurtis Thompson, professionally known as "Chef KT", is an award-winning chef from California, currently based in San Antonio, TX.

In addition to providing private dining, catering and meal prep services, Chef KT serves as the lead chef for his family-run food truck business, KIRK'S JERK.

"Since a young age I’ve always had a passion to become a chef, starting with my father’s rusted Caribbean cuisines. After years of studies and travels I’m ready to share my experiences with my customers."
